Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, he is like a tree planted by  water, with its roots in the running stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.

Abide with us, Lord God, as night falls. Far from our dwellings drive away the evil spirits. Be our guardian through the hours of darkness. Be strong to defend us. Nourish us by the repose of sleep. May we rise up tomorrow strong and healthy to continue to serve you diligently.
